Paul Busby "PJ" - Managing Director
Paul's motor industry career started as a Saab apprentice. His career since then has developed, working at a senior management level within automotive sector including manufacturing and distributors at major national sales companies; Nissan Motor GB Limited, Virgin Cars UK, The AA and DaimlerChrysler UK, before joining Paramount Performance in 2005.
Key areas of responsibility include: Customer Satisfaction, Staff Development, Operations, Finance, Marketing and Business Development.
John Kaiser - General Manager Fleet Operations
John has amassed some 30 years experience working within the motor industry. John has spent much of this time running companies operating large fleets of vehicles, as well as working within vehicle Manufactures, Distributors and some of the UK’s leading lease and commercial vehicle contract hire companies.
Key areas of responsibility include: Commercial vehicle applications, fleet business, contract hire and business development.
As well as looking after the day to day operation of the office, Hayley runs Paramount’s busy reception area, so her lively and efficient tones are likely to be the first point of contact when calling into Paramount.
Key areas of responsibility include: Reception management, hospitality, international shipping, and book keeping.
Martin Lane "ML" - After Sales Director
Martin's background within the motor industry spans some 15 years, working hands on with performance and prestige vehicles, Martin joined Paramount in 2006.
Key areas of responsibility include: Staff Training and Development, Customer Service, B2B Sales, Workshop Management, Specialist Tooling, Equipment, Software - including custom ECU tuning.
Gerald Morten "Gez" - Tech Performance Manager
Gerald joined Paramount having previously worked for Saab GB and BMW GB. At BMW Gerald was responsible for BMW and Mini press vehicles and technical vehicle preparation.
Key areas of responsibility include: Assisting customers with Paramount's Personal Shopper Service and technical support including bespoke tuning products and packages, Customer Service, Sales office and Showroom Management.

Sean McGowan - New Business Manager
Sean joined Paramount having gained considerable Diesel tuning experience within a specialist tuning environment.
Key business areas: Commercial vehicles, Business users and Diesel tuning, customer service, performance diesel products, and technical service.
Specialist Subjects: Turbo diesel tuning, economy tuning, diesel tuning boxes. Taxis, Motor home and commercial tuning, and sales and technical support.
Chris "Dangerous" Chapman - Technician
Chris joined Paramount with an impressive prestige servicing and repair back ground. Chris's enthusiasm and attention to detail make him a real gem in the industry today.
Key business areas: Dyno Operation, performance and diesel tuning, performance upgrades, technical installation and vehicle servicing and stock management.
Linda "LB" - Management Consultant
Linda's motor industry career started at the DVLA. Her career since then has developed, working at a senior management level within the automotive sector including manufacturing and distributors at three major national sales companies.
Key areas of responsibility include: Business Process Development, Quality Management, and Special Projects incorporating Management Strategy Implementation.
